The Company endeavors to ensure that all information relating to products, including descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up to date. However, given the handmade nature of the products, minor variations in appearance, taste, texture, or packaging may occur and shall not be construed as defects. The Company reserves the right to modify product details, discontinue products, or revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shall be subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws. The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors. Orders shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Cancellation of orders shall be governed in accordance with the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. In view of the perishable and made-to-order nature of the products, once an order has been processed, prepared, or is ready for dispatch, cancellation requests may not be entertained. The customer acknowledges that such restriction is reasonable and necessary to prevent wastage and maintain product quality.

All shipments and deliveries shall be subject to the Shipping Policy of the Company. While the Company endeavors to ensure timely delivery through third-party logistics partners, it shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to logistical issues, natural events, or regulatory restrictions.

The Company’s products being perishable food items, the customer agrees to handle and store the products in accordance with the instructions provided. The Company shall not be responsible for any deterioration in quality arising due to delay in delivery, failure of the customer to accept delivery, or improper storage after delivery.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand name “Mithila Magic”, product images, website content, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Mithila Overseas Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without prior written consent shall constitute a violation of applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or purchase of products. In any event, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the value of the product purchased by the customer.

The Company may engage third-party service providers, including payment gateways and logistics partners, for facilitating transactions and deliveries. The Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or deficiencies on the part of such third-party service providers.
