For over 50 years, I have cared for my family, always believing that the food we eat shapes our health and happiness. Growing up in Mithila, I learned the art of cooking from my elders-recipes passed down through generations, rooted in tradition, and enriched with cultural heritage.
Over time, I noticed a growing dependence on packaged snacks-foods that lacked both nutrition and the warmth of home. That concern became my purpose: to bring back homemade food, purity, and the richness of Mithila’s culinary heritage to every home.
Even today, I treat every customer as my own family. I personally oversee everything-from carefully selecting ingredients to ensuring cleanliness in preparation and packaging-because I believe trust is built through care.
